In short: CheriffAI Publisher lets you connect your TikTok account and send videos and photos to your TikTok inbox as drafts. You stay in control: nothing is published without your action in the TikTok app. You are responsible for the content you send and must follow TikTok’s own rules.

1. Who we are

CheriffAI Publisher (the “App”) is operated by CheriffAI, an artificial intelligence company based in Brazil (“CheriffAI”, “we”, “us”). Main website: www.cheriffai.com. App website: publisher.cheriffai.com.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. The service

Sign in with your TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit (OAuth). We never receive your TikTok password.
Select a video or photo carousel and send it to your TikTok inbox as a draft using the TikTok Content Posting API (MEDIA_UPLOAD mode).
The App never publishes content automatically. Captions, editing and the final decision to publish happen in the TikTok app, by you.

4. Eligibility and your TikTok account

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and have a valid TikTok account. You must comply with the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. You can revoke the App’s access at any time in TikTok (Settings → Security → Manage app permissions).

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you send. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store the file temporarily and transmit it to TikTok on your behalf. You confirm that you own or have the rights to the content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or break any law or TikTok policy.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the App to: send unlawful, infringing, hateful, deceptive or spam content; impersonate others; access accounts you are not authorized to use; interfere with or overload the App or TikTok’s services; or reverse engineer, resell or misuse the App or TikTok’s APIs.

7. Third-party services

The App depends on TikTok’s platform and APIs. TikTok is a separate company; your use of TikTok is governed by TikTok’s own terms and privacy policy. CheriffAI Publisher is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by TikTok. We are not responsible for changes, outages or decisions of TikTok.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this website.

9. Termination

You can stop using the App and revoke its access at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these Terms. On termination, we delete your stored tokens as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheriffAI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or content, arising from the use of or inability to use the App.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Mandatory consumer protection rights of your country of residence are not affected.
